Collection of lamps by Maciej Zień and projects of Oskar Zięta are the first two Polish brands in the history that will become a part of the offer of the Galeria Heban Shopping Centre. It was announced during one of the events for representatives of the world of design and fashion which took place at Złota 44 in Warsaw. „ It is a big honour because so far the Galeria Heban Shopping Centre has cooperated only with foreign brands. „Together with Oskar, we are glad to break up this monopoly” – said Maciej Zień.

Some of the lamps from the designer’s collection could be admired in the highest located apartment in Złota Street on the 52nd floor,  for the first time ever opened to visitors. In all the projects, the artist used the effect of light reflected from the golden elements which gives the interior a warm colour.

„My intention was  to create lamps giving unique beautiful light in which everybody looks favourable. Every day I work with women so I know very well how important it it for them. That is why my collection is bonded with the beauty sphere. It is a fusion of fashion and architecture” – reveals the designer. The lamps are the fruit of Maciej Zień’ s cooperation with Eko-light company from Częstochowa, the owner of Milagro brand. What distinguishes the company on the Polish market is creating products combining usefulness with modern design and unusual materials like wood or precious metals.

Among 8 presented lines of Milagro by Maciej Zień light fittings , we could admire limited edition of Cassiopeia lamps. Theses are large standing lamps, having over one meter diameter, made, among others, of Carrara marble, which is one of the designer’s favourite materials. The collection was inspired by theater dressing tables and the world of fashion. Natural stone is beautifully combined with golden and silver lamp details, perfectly fitting into current trends.“Each lamp will be equipped with the certificate of authenticity with handwritten signature of Maciej Zień and information about the series number of it and the total number of these lamps manufactured. Their number reflects the number of visible celestial bodies in the constellation – like almost one hundred stars illuminates the sky, then almost one hundred of white and black lamps of Cassiopeia line will illuminate interiors by their light” – reveals Tomasz Litwin – the owner of Eko-Light, manufacturer of Milagro by Maciej Zień.

New models are currently underway, their release date is not yet public. „I am a perfectionist – admits Maciej Zień – that is why subsequent collections will come out only when I am fully satisfied with the effect”.
